The full game is stated to include unlimited AI credits, which is why the US$8 option is described as a playtest-only bridge. Paying it does not put the retail game in a library that was never accepted into the test.

Steam Download and Installation

A Scam With Your Friends Steam download becomes possible once your account is entitled to an available build. At that point you install through the Steam client and your library, not through a standalone executable from a file host.

Today the store says the game is not yet available, so there is no retail download button for most accounts. The limited playtest is delivered to admitted accounts through the official process. There is no official cracked or repack edition.
